Day 84 — down 22lb, running my first 10k this weekend
Woke up at 168. Six months ago I would've laughed at the idea of running a 10k. Semaglutide gave me the runway, protein and lifting built the engine. Filming the whole thing Saturday.
Short posts, long thoughts, and raw videos — logged as they happen. This is the daily driver.

People keep DMing me asking what it actually looks like. Here's the whole thing — rotate sites, alcohol swab, 4mm pen, done in under a minute. No fear-mongering.

10 rounds. Swings, goblet squats, push-ups. 12 minutes total. On a GLP-1 I need to move BEFORE food because appetite is gone by 10am and I won't eat again till 2.

Traveled Tuesday–Friday. Slept badly. Protein target hit 3 of 7 days. The scale is up 1.4lb and that's fine — it's water and glycogen. The plan doesn't change. That's the whole discipline.
